Do I need to be home during the duration of the cleaning? - No you do not need to be home but you can if you'd like.

Do you bring your own supplies? - Yes we are equipped with everything we may need to clean your home.

Are pets okay during the cleaning? - Depending on the pet yes, this can be discussed further during your call or walkthrough. Please give a brief description of your pet, its preferred your pet is put away for the duration of the clean if possible.

How long does the cleaning take? - Depending on the size of your home/business and whether you need a standard or deep clean, it varies. You can reference the Services page for estimated time frames.

What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning? - If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning we will come back and clean any problem areas of your home to your satisfaction as we pride ourselves in our careful attention to detail and satisfaction guarantee.

How often can I schedule a cleaning? - As often as you like, the first cleaning is typically a Deep Clean depending on your home or office needs. After the first initial clean you will likely need maintenance cleans. We recommend every week or every other week.
Satisfaction Policy
If something was missed during your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily return to make it right.
Booking and Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your total service.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than a 24 hour notice, as that time has been reserved for you.
If you need to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date.
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment please reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate you in a timely manner.
